This save I made based on the save “Bibobrik” www.playground.ru/cheats/46161/
I would play it with a save, but it does not go from the very beginning, but already in Riverwood. (there is no way to choose Empire or Stormcloaks (not essential, but it does matter to me)).

Right there, Conan stands as the default character and there is an opportunity to “modify the file” when choosing a race (tattoos, color and other heresy: D).
P.S. There may be inaccuracies, because it was done by eye and replaced some parameters.
