Saving starts in NEW GAME mode+
Saves are made with import from 1 and 2 parts.
Part 1 – for Squirrel, completed all additional tasks, slept everyone who was possible
Part 2 – for Roche, completed all additional tasks, slept everyone who was possible

Anais la Valette – alive, Jan Natalis took her under his wing (you mean Anais was supposed to become a queen).
Arian la Valette – survived.
Adda – became the wife of Radovid.
Hensalt – alive, although in the 3rd part Redania attacked Kaedwen and Radovid killed him, thereby taking his troops for himself.
Summer – alive of course, the Witchers are few, there is no point in killing him.
Saskia – alive, followed Roche, Geralt has no idea that she is a dragon.
Sheala – saved her.
Berengar – even he survived my fight with Azar Yaved
I went through absolutely all the additional quests (I even handed over all my teeth to the dentist from B1), all the fistfights, all the poker, I got drunk on everyone, in the first part I had an affair with Triss
There are 3 saves in the archive:
1) Training, back in Kaer Morhen.
2) Immediately after defeating the ghouls (before you get to the inn). Inventory: all armor sets are the best saddles, bags, spurs (+ saddles, bags, spurs from DLC), two large blue and two large red mutagens, all oils, potions and bombs (relic). Added 3 more gwent cards: Philippe, Villentretenmert, Thaler (they spawn randomly, they won’t affect the game process, but the cards are good, they will help at the beginning of the game).
3) Before talking with the Glass Man (in the tavern). I searched all the hiding places, opened everything. Mission did not touch.

I used cheats only for quick leveling up, getting all sets of armor, elixirs, bombs, oils, three cards for gwent and for changing hairstyles in the White Garden. No money, no skills and nothing else added.

If you want to get rid of traces of cheating in saving, just do the following:
1) Everything is clear with objects, they can simply be thrown away or sold
2) To remove cards for Gwent, go to the console. We write the following in it:
removeitem (“gwint_card_philippa”)
removeitem (“gwint_card_villen”)
removeitem (“gwint_card_thaler”)
3) Well, we figured out the objects, it remains to lower the level and remove skill points. it would seem difficult, but for this you need to write just one command:
cleardevelop
After that, your character’s level will drop to 1st. All items from the inventory will be removed and standard weapons with stocks for the first time will be added (in other words, your character will be reset to the very beginning, as if you had just started the game)
This does not quite suit us, we are of the first level, and the monsters are 30+ because this is a New Game +. At the beginning of NG +, if your character did not reach the 30th level, your level becomes equal to 30th (if you have the 30th level or higher – it remains the same as it was). Based on this, you need to quickly become level 30. Again we turn to the console and write there:
setlevel (30)
The number in brackets means the level you want to be, so you can bet more. This command will automatically throw you experience until you become the level you need..
