• level 39 character
• Completed storyline and “Hearts of Stone” expansion
• all witcher sets and swords are collected and pumped to the maximum (snake set is also collected)
• collected set new moon and ofirsky set from “stone hearts”
• collected almost all recipes for bombs, decoctions, oils (except for 3 excellent oils against the damned, corpse eaters and draconians)
• many glyphs, runestones, rem. kits and components for crafting
• zerrican horse gear
• +15 gold trophy (left only it)

There are also several potions for resetting skills, try different builds, my build is a magician / alchemist, passed the penultimate difficulty without problems.

All this joy lies in the cache at the buttercup, near which Geralt stands when loading the save.

This save will give you a good start for NG +. If you have not much time for game, all recipes for alchemy is already collected. Geralt is 39 level and has 40,000 bucks in a pocket. Also all witcher sets and swords are collected. There is a number of potions for respec the skills, try what you like. Default skill tree is for magician-alchemist.
