Extract all files from the archive into the directory with the game.
Run the trainer, run the game. From the main menu, press F1 to activate.

During the game, with NumLock on, activate the trainer options with the following buttons:

Numpad 1: Fast Recovery – Your wounds will heal almost instantly. High falls can still kill you.
