Description of functions:
1) Time setting: includes stop time, its speed, synchronization with real and manual setting
2) Weather setting
3) The coordinates of the player and the number of lives: the coordinates cannot be changed. Only as info.
4) Get the selected weapon
5) Infinite ammo
6) Add the amount of money
7) Set the number of lives
8) Rebuild the car: repairs both visual damage and engine damage
9) Flip the car
10) never get tired
11) invulnerability
12) Dumb Police: Stars Appear, But Police Don’t React
13) Never Seeking: No Stars, Whatever You Do
14) Tank mode: the car in which Niko is located is not damaged, and all its doors are closed
