Metro: Last Light Redux: Trainer (+16) [Steam] {LIRW / GHL}

Using:
We start the game first, and in the main menu of the game (or in the already started one) we start the trainer.
The keys in the trainer are paired, hold down insert and press the desired key on the trainer panel.
