Instructions:

load save then turn on trainer. When using F1.2, you first need to spend 1 point then use the trainer (press the button). At F3, spend a cartridge then press the button. At F4, end the move then press the button. At F5, spend a movement point then press the button. At F6, spend some water then press the button. At F7,8,9 open the character window then press the button.
