The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim: Two files to add all perks/skips with two commands in the console

I saw a list of peppers here, it was very time consuming to manually add each. I decided to make it easy… I pulled out the dials, added an addperk* and saved it to a file with a script (if there were people who did it manually, I don’t envy you). I haven’t found any such files on the network (neither to the third phalluses nor to other oblivions), I think it will do somebody good.

The point is what:
1. Rearchive the two files in the root directory of the game.
2. Start the game, console teams:
bat allskills
will make all the skims at 100.
bat allperks
will add all the feathers accordingly.

The commands advlevel and player.setlevel [number_level] may be useful.
