As compensation for reducing the number of classes, the authors have changed and expanded “pumping” and setting up the character. You can develop at once three branches of skills – general, class and drone skills. Also, the more often you are a flattelline from a certain type of weapons, the faster the skill of ownership of them is growing. And even before the mission, they are allowed to change the “gun” and choose an active skill, replacing, for example, grenades to put turrets.

However, the authors wanted not to just expand the role system. “Our team wants to find a new approach to shooters with a top view,” they wrote in the announcements and eventually introduced into Solstice Chronicles: Mia Such a concept as a threat rate. Danger scales affect damage to large monsters and shows how many enemies can attack the player at the same time at the moment. It is gratifying, of course, that the authors are very successful The Red Solstice did not rest on the laurels, but decided in Solstice Chronicles: Mia On experiments with mechanics, simply improving graphics, management and plot feed. However, not all new gameplay elements are now working as planned, in something the game has become a little simpler, here less tactics and classes. Yes, and there is no full-fledged multiplayer – only a local cooperative for two at one computer. Still fans of dynamic acts in the spirit Alien Shooter just do not have the right to miss the game – the advantages in it more than minuses.
