Action EXEKILLER happens 20 years after the Great Fire Catastrophe – the cataclysm, because of which the world turned out to be arranged by the flame. Only 30% of humanity survived, and only a few points on the planet are suitable for life. Governments collapsed, and the authorities took the corporation. The world is immersed in chaos and anarchy.

You are EXEKILLER, head hunter in New York 1998. Your task is to collect s.ABOUT.W.L., Bocities that contain information about their owners and allow you to manage them. Without chip, a person cannot exist.
