Ubisoft optimizes network services to reduce the load on the network

The preservation of the stable Internet during the pandemic is concerned among Ubisoft. To be locked at home users did not overload the network, the company will take a number of temporary measures.
Partner of the French Publishing House Akamai Provided new tools for improved bandwidth control. As assures Ubisoft, Changes will not affect the quality and speed of the gameplay, however, can reduce the speed of downloading games and updates to UPLAY.
The French publisher also makes the following steps:
- Fresh content and updates on all platforms will not be released during peak load hours.
- Auto updates will not work four, but one month after the last start of the game.
