Patch game “Sins Of A Solar Empire”

Published Update to Space Strategy "Sunset of the Solar Empire".

The update, presented for both the original, and for the Russian version of the game, normalizes the balance, improves the interface, makes changes to the trade system, science and production, optimizes the schedule, corrects the network game, simplifies the integration of user modifications, and also makes a number of other amendments, a complete listwhich are presented in this description.
