In the FIFa Manager 11 / fmdata game directory there is a text file “Parameter File – Training Camp New”. We open it with a text editor and see there lists of all training camps. There, in each line before the name of the camp there are 8 numbers. Each displays the level of training of certain skills (physical fitness, playing skills, etc.). Change the value of all eight numbers in the selected line to 5. as a result, you will have the best training camp.
P.S. You can try to put 6 as well (I didn’t), but in the game the maximum value is 5.
