If you do not want to spend slowing down and life, then do so. Make so that the enemy saw you, then go to another point (preferably Corridor) and get ready to shoot. The enemy does not have time to react and he is dead. If the enemies are too much, then get up in such a place where only one or two people can get into you.
To go through the mission go to where the enemies (mostly). If you do not know where to go, then find the passage here. If the level does not end in the right place, then go through the mission again.
