CD Projekt Red introduced Gog Galaxy – game service free from DRM

Yesterday, during its annual conference, CD Projekt Red Announced a new game service, which should be competition at Uplay, Steam, Origin and them like. He is GOG GALAXY, and its main slogans will be “the most friendly attitude to users” and “No DRM!”.

CDPr and gog.COM decided not to reinvent the bike: their project has taken away a lot from Steam. For example, in GOG GALAXY will be automatic updating of games, chat and its own achievement system. An interesting feature will be the possibility of cross-platform game with Steam users (in the future Galaxy make friends with other services).

At the same time, the Poles emphasize that they are not going to impose life to their consumers online. That is, games released in GOG GALAXY will not annoy all sorts of Internet activations.
