“Non-crushed buyers” from Vivendi increased their share of shares in Ubisoft

It seems president Ubisoft Yves Gilmo (Yves Guillemot) Not in vain worried about the fate of his company in yesterday’s news. Today it became known that media component Vivendi acquired even more shares of the French publishing house.
Now the share of “non-crushed buyers” is 10.39%. In the official press release Vivendi says that acts alone, without the help of third-party companies. Thus, conglomerate plans to get close to Ubisoft. Furthermore, Vivendi Reserves the right to buy even more publisher shares depending on the terms of the market and personal capabilities. The current share, by the way, cost in the amount of 244 million euros.
The other corporation got under the distribution – Gameloft. There Vivendi I also bought 10% of the shares, for which I left 34.41 million euros. It seems, plans for the playing direction from mediaigiant are the most serious.
