Remaster started in Steam Rome: Total War.
At the same time the authors have reduced system requirements and turned 4K textures into a free DLC so that you don’t have to download extra 30 gigabytes with WHO WORD.
According to developers, in large-scale battles, the frame rate may be lower than indicated in updated specifications. By the way, about specifications – here they are:
Low Settings, 1080p (66% Safety), 30 FPS
- Operating system: 64-bit Windows 10 (version 1809),
- Processor: Intel i3 or AMD FX-4000,
- Video card: NVIDIA GTX 600 Series (1 GB) or AMD HD 7000 Series (1 GB) or Intel UHD 620,
- DirectX 11,
- RAM: 6 GB (8 GB when using built-in graphics processor),
- Place on Drive: 45 GB.
High Settings, 1080p, 60 FPS
- Operating system: 64-bit Windows 10 (version 20H2),
- Processor: Intel Core i5-4570 or Ryzen 5 1600,
- Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 (4 GB) or AMD RADEON R9 290 (4 GB),
- RAM: 8 GB,
- DirectX 11,
- Place on Drive: 45 GB.
Total War: Rome Remastered will be released on April 29 at 17:00 in Moscow. The default price is 1,725 rubles, but the owners of the original until June 1 relies discount 50%.
