Fresh patch for Horizon: Zero Dawn on PC allows you to skip long shaders optimization
Among the PC version problems Horizon: Zero Dawn There is exhaustive long shaders optimization. It starts whenever the patch goes to the game or when you update the video card driver. In an update 1.07 Guerrilla Games changed the principles of working with shaiders, so it becomes easier to live with synutimizations.
How the developers write, from now on, the processing of shaders occurs in the main menu and in the background processes during the gameplay. Sitting and wait for the end of the process optional – you will allow you to skip optimization in the main menu, although in this case the download time may increase.
Patch 1.07 Also corrects the problems with anisotropic filtering – now it should work as it should. Guerrilla Warns that switching the anisotropic filtering settings may take some time depending on the configuration of your PC.
Guerrilla lists several flaws that it already knows. They are going to eliminate in the following patches:
- On central processors, where there are more than 16 cores, problems with stability arise.
- Some players have problems with graphics settings, including incorrect work HDR.
- Some players have problems with performance on certain video cards or iron combinations.
