If someone wants to become a team captain in a player’s career, then you need to:
1) Download this cheat www.playground.ru/cheats/fifa_15_tablitsa_dlya_cheat_engine_dlya_izmeneniya_skilov_v_karere_igroka-58772/ (works only on pirates) and set your skills to 99
2) Download this file (THIS IS AN UPDATED FILE) and move it to the address C: \ Program Files (x86) \ FIFA 15 Ultimate Team Edition \ data \ db (just in case, make a backup of the original fifa_ng_db-meta file)
3) And now you are all the captain of the club and the national team
