Looking at the game files, I found the Unlocker.ini file along the path: Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood \ scripts

We open it, and we see the following lines:

## Early access
##

desmond outfit = 0
raiden outfit = 0

Replace 0 with 1.

Done.

Updated: if you don’t have scripts folder then try to install Copernicus Conspiracy DLC
